DRU YOGA & CHAIR YOGA
Join our Dru and Chair Yoga classes with smooth, flowing and effective movement sequences modified for seniors. Have fun doing yoga with a certified instructor devoted to helping seniors fully enjoy this amazing time of their life with clearer minds, stronger bodies, and powerful spirits.
Dru Yoga: Wednesdays from 10:00 am to 11:30 am /Chair Yoga: from 1:00 – 2:30 pm| $3.50 for members, $5 for non-members |Drop-in
We love card games! Currently we are playing a variety of games but are open to other suggestions if you'd like!
