Socials
The Travel and Social Committee at 411 hosts a variety of exciting social events for our members, volunteers and guests. The committee aims to ensure that the social events are fun, diverse, accessible, entertaining and affordable for all.
The Travel and Social Committee hosts approximately 10 to 12 socials a year. A few events are collaborated with other committees at the Centre to make them more inclusive to all the members of the 411 and to give the opportunity for different committee members to join together.
Past socials have included a St. Patrick’s Day lunch, a murder mystery theatre, and an annual summer picnic in Stanley Park.
St. Patrick’s Day Lunch
Tuesday, March 17
12:00pm to 2:00pm
Join us for this Irish holiday luncheon. Enjoy a traditional Irish lamb stew, corn bread, desserts and nonalcoholic beer, along with other refreshments. Win great door prizes! Entertainment provided. The cost is $8.00 for members, and $10.00 for non-members. Please register with the program ticket office before March 10th.
